Park Street Nordicom A/S, formerly known as Nordicom A/S, is a Denmark-based company active in the real estate sector. It operates within four segments: Commercial properties, which includes the Company’s strategic properties, including investments in Danish retail, office, warehouse and production properties; Development properties and plots, which includes its Danish properties and plots of land that the Company does not intend to develop; Residential properties and hotels, which includes the Company’s Danish residential properties and hotels which are not covered by the Company’s long-term strategy; and Foreign real estate, which includes the Company’s previous properties located in Germany and Sweden. The Company owns several direct subsidiaries, such as Nordicom Ejendom A/S, Nordicom Udvikling A/S, Nordicom Finans A/S, Nordicom Parking Aps, Nordicom Tyskland A/S, Nordicom Sverige A/S and Komplementarselskabet af 3. april 2007 ApS, as well as a number of indirect subsidiaries.
