Petrolympic Ltd. (Petrolympic) is a Canada-based exploration-stage company. The Company is engaged in the business of exploring for petroleum and natural gas. Petrolympic has an interest in a total of approximately 752,930 hectares (over 1,860,530 acres) of oil and gas exploration permits in the Appalachian Basin of Quebec that include holdings in the St. Lawrence Lowlands and Gaspe Peninsula. It also holds an interest in the Chittim Ranch property in the Maverick Basin, Texas. Its holdings in the St. Lawrence Lowlands are an interest in approximately 216,930 hectares (over 536,050 acres) through a joint venture; an interest in approximately 8,000 hectares (over 19,770 acres) through an agreement with Canbriam Energy Inc., as well as an interest in over 56,150 hectares (approximately 138,750 acres) located over the Lowlands shallow carbonates platform on the south shore of the St. Lawrence River, approximately 30 kilometers southwest of Montreal.
