Piscines Desjoyaux SA is a France-based company primarily engaged in the provision of home-use swimming pool solutions, spas and above-ground pools, as well as in the construction of public swimming pools for hotels, local communities and campsites. The Company also offers pool equipment, such as coverings and shelters, solar showers, enclosures, heating pumps, electrical heaters and exchangers, and a wide range of accessories and products for the swimming pool maintenance. As of August 31, 2011, Piscines Desjoyaux SA operated through several subsidiaries including Desjoyaux SARL, which is engaged in construction; Forez Piscines SA, which designs, manufactures and sells swimming pools, and VIP SARL, which specializes in plastic processing activities, among others. As of June, 2012, the Company opened new subsidiary in Shenzen, China.
