We inform the exchange about the change in property purchase plans due to the owners inability to sell the property at MNG Tower Dwarka to Purple Wave Infocom Limited. We will seek alternative properties without changing the Public Issue objectives. The owners email is enclosed. 3. We also notify the exchange of renting a new property in Manesar for manufacturing as approved by the companys MOA so shareholder approval is not needed. We will vacate the current rented property in Manesar and apply for a location change in Haryanas GST.
