The Company's ZNT Property consists of over 20 claims covering an area of approximately 10,171.6 hectares located in central British Columbia approximately 10 kilometers southeast of the town of Smithers. The Angel's Camp Property is located in Lake County, Oregon. The Angel's Camp Property is held by Alamos Gold Inc. Wavecrest Resources Inc. is the subsidiary of the Company.
