Quartz Mountain Resources Ltd. is a Canada-based company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and evaluation of mineral property interests. The Company focuses on acquiring and exploring mineral prospects in British Columbia. The Company's properties include Galaxie Property, ZNT Property and Angel's Camp Property. The Galaxie Property consists of approximately 160 claims covering an area of over 56,323.9 hectares located in northwestern British Columbia approximately 20 kilometers south of the town of Dease Lake. The Company's ZNT Property consists of over 20 claims covering an area of approximately 10,171.6 hectares located in central British Columbia approximately 10 kilometers southeast of the town of Smithers. The Angel's Camp Property is located in Lake County, Oregon. The Angel's Camp Property is held by Alamos Gold Inc. Wavecrest Resources Inc. is the subsidiary of the Company.
