Rusoro Mining Ltd. is a Canada-based company engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development and operation of gold mineral properties. The principal business activities of the Company are the operation and development of gold mining and mineral properties. The Company's operating segments include corporate results in Canada and Venezuela. The Company is a gold producer and explorer, with a land position in the Bolivar State mining region in southern Venezuela. The Company received mining concessions in Venezuela for the exploration, development and exploitation of alluvial and vein gold. It has gold reserves of approximately 5,584,000 ounces and inferred resources of over 6,805,000 ounces. The Company has not generated any revenues. The Company's subsidiaries include Asterville International Corporation AVV, Balandria Limited, General Mining de Guayana C.A, International Gold & Silver BV, Inversiones Yuruan C.A., Carisma Corporation AVV and Cerenex Financial AVV.
