Sandfire Resources America Inc, formerly Tintina Resources Inc, is a Canada-based mining exploration and development company. The Company's operations are limited to a single industry segment being the acquisition, exploration and development of resource properties. The Company focuses on the development and mining of its wholly owned flagship property, the Black Butte Copper Project (the BBCP) in central Montana, the United States. The Black Butte Copper Project is located north of White Sulphur Springs and includes the Johnny Lee Deposit, which contains copper concentration. The Black Butte Copper Project is an underground mine. The Company’s subsidiaries are: Tintina Montana Inc, Tintina Alaska Mining Inc and Tintina American Inc.
