Its operating segments include commercial-industrial, which includes warehouse segment and office segment; residential and land assets. Through warehouse segment, it acquires, develops operates and disposes warehouses. Through office segment, it acquires, develops operates and disposes offices. Through residential segment, it operates and disposes residential properties land assets. Through land assets, it owns various land assets which are either available for sale or for potential development. Its portfolio includes commercial and residential properties, as well as four development projects at different development-stages in Ukraine.
