Seylan Developments PLC is engaged in the business of development of property, administration and maintenance. The Company's principal activities include property development, management of developed properties and providing services to the tenants of East Tower and the apartment tenants at the West Tower. The Company's business is property management, and maintains and manages the Condominium property at 90, Galle Road, Colombo-03. The Company's Seylan Towers consist of approximately two towers. The East Tower comprises of approximately 20 stories and is occupied as an office complex. The West Tower comprises of approximately 10 stories accommodating approximately 20 apartments with two on each floor from the third to the tenth level. Each apartment has a floor area of approximately 3000 square feet. The Company's facilities include air-conditioning with individual climate control and over two elevators with separate lobbies, among others. It is a subsidiary of Seylan Bank PLC
