14-Nov-2025 | Source : BSEThe Board approved the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results for the half-year ended 30th September 2025 and took note of the quarterly compliances completed by the Company. The Board further noted the applicability of CSR provisions and adopted the CSR Policy to be implemented by the Board in accordance with Section 135(9) of the Companies Act 2013 as the current CSR obligation is below ?50 lakh. The Board was also informed about the Leave and License Agreement entered into for providing residential accommodation to employees which was duly noted and recorded.
