Silver Spruce Resources Inc. is a Canada-based junior exploration company. The Company is pursuing development of the Pino de Plata epithermal silver/base metal/gold project located in the Sierra Madre Occidental region of Western Chihuahua State in Mexico. The property lies approximately six kilometers south of the town of Chinipas de Almada. The property consists of approximately 400 hectares concession containing a range of historic artisanal mine workings. The Pino de Plata project includes the Terrero Mine area, the Santa Elena-Gossan area and the Sierpe/Theodora veins. It also holds a portfolio of uranium and rare earth element (REE) properties in Labrador. It has interest in over 333 claims in Labrador. These are located in two areas: Snegamook, located in Central Labrador due south of the Two Time Zone, and Mount Benedict located in the Benedict Mountains area. The Company holds two REE properties in Labrador: the Pope's Hill (PH) and Straits.
