SRG Mining Inc., formerly SRG Graphite Inc., is a Canada-based mineral exploration and development business with activities in Africa. The Company operates in one reportable business segment: the exploration and evaluation of mineral properties. The Company focuses on developing the Lola Graphite Deposit, located approximately 1,000 kilometers east of Conakry, the capital of the Republic of Guinea, West Africa. The graphite mineralization is well exposed at surface over the entire strike length, with surface sample grades ranging from trace to up to approximately 20% Cg (graphitic carbon).The Lola Graphite occurrence has a prospective surface outline of approximately three square kilometers of continuous graphitic gneiss. The Company has one subsidiary in Guinea, namely Sama Ressources Guinee SARL.
