Stakeholder Gold Corp. is an exploration-stage junior mineral exploration company. The Company's principal business activities include the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral rights located in Canada. The Company is focusing its exploration activities in Canada, on precious metals properties located in the Yukon, and is evaluating and focusing on acquiring additional properties as capital and opportunities present themselves. The Company holds a portfolio of mineral properties located in the Yukon. The Company holds approximately 17,050 hectares in the Dawson Range, which overlaps with the Klondike and Stewart gold camps. It also owns the Ballarat property, which consist of approximately 200 claims, and lies approximately 100 kilometers due south of Dawson City, Yukon. It holds the Coffee property claims, which consist of over 10 claims covering an area of approximately 210 hectares. The Coffee property claims are located over five kilometers east of Supremo discovery.
