StrikePoint Gold Inc. is an exploration-stage company. The primary business of the Company is the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties in Canada. The Company's exploration activities are focused on mineral exploration in the Lobstick area near Lake of the Woods, Ontario; on the Black Raven property in the Hemlo District, Ontario, and in the Angelina area in southeast Manitoba. The Company's Angelina property is located in Rice Lake Belt, Manitoba. The Black Raven Property is located in Northwestern Ontario, over 220 kilometers east-northeast of the City of Thunder Bay, and approximately 10 kilometers northeast of the town of Marathon. Lobstick Gold Property is located in the Western Wabigoon Subprovince, Lobstick Township, Ontario within the Rowan Lake Greenstone Belt. It consists of over 80 claim units totaling approximately 1,250 hectares located over 50 kilometers southeast of Kenora, Ontario.
