Viglacera Tu Son Joint Stock Company is a Vietnam-based manufacturer of construction materials. It is engaged in the manufacturing and trading of clay bricks and clay tiles, together with the transfer of clay construction material manufacturing technology. The Company is also involved in the extraction of raw construction materials, as well as the provision of tourism services and freight transportation services. Other activities include civil and industrial construction, real estate development and gasoline station operations. As of December 31, 2012, the Company was an affiliate of Viglacera Corporation. As of the same date, it operated two factories in Bac Ninh Province and Hai Duong Province, Vietnam.
