Verde Agritech PLC, formerly Verde Potash PLC, is an agriculture-technology company with mineral exploration and development properties in Brazil. The Company's principal activity is the development of agriculture-technology products that foster sustainable agriculture to help feed and nourish the population. The Company focuses on the development of Cerrado Verde Project. Cerrado Verde Project is located in Brazil and is operated through its subsidiary, Verde Fertilizantes Ltda. Verde Fertilizantes Ltda. and FVS Mineracao Ltda. (FVS) together owns the Cerrado Verde Project. In addition, it also owns Calcario limestone project (Moema and Jaguara limestone deposits), which is located approximately 100 kilometers from the Cerrado Verde Project in Minas Gerais State, Brazil. Verde Potash's portfolio includes TK47, Super Greensand and Alpha. TK47 and Super Greensand are used in soil application, and Alpha is applied as foliar feed.
