Victory Resources Corporation is an exploration-stage company. The Company is engaged in the exploration of its mineral properties located in Canada. The Company holds interest in a prospective mineral property known as the Toni Property. The Company holds approximately 44,190 Hectares (Ha) over 110 claims, which make up the Toni Property. The Company completed the diamond drilling of approximately six holes totaling over 710 meters on the Wen prospect of the Toni property. The Company has claims in the area designated as the Rich Lake Lithium Property. The Rich Lake Lithium Property is located over 360 kilometers north of Thunder Bay, and within approximately 20 kilometers of Fort Hope in North-Central Ontario. The Company's subsidiaries include Victory Resources Corporation U.S.A. and VicRes Mining Mexico S.A. de C.V. The Company has not generated any revenues.
