Thereafter, the status of the Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and was changed to Vidya Wires Limited', vide fresh Certificate of incorporation dated September 16, 2024. The Company is one of the largest manufacturers of winding and conductivity products for a range of critical industries and applications.
