The Company operates within such segments as ZIP Construction Sheds, ZIP Living Modules, ZIP Premises for rent, as well as ZIP Elements. The ZIP Construction Sheds segment includes flexible modular solutions for different types of construction sites. The ZIP Living Modules segment implies modules for individual villas, townhouses and for multi-residential buildings up to four floors. The ZIP Premises for rent segment covers apartments for rent in Skillingaryd district in Jonkoping County, Sweden.
