| Rossell India Limited has informed the Exchange regarding Outcome of Board Meeting held on August 09, 2019.In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we write to advise you that at the Meeting of the Board of Directors held this afternoon, the Board discussed the overall performance of the Rossell Hospitality Division of the Company. After discussion, it was felt that keeping in view the overall financial interest of the Company and to avoid overstrain on the resources of the Company, the Rossell Hospitality Division of the Company may be discontinued, either by way of sell to a prospective buyer within 30th September, 2019, subject to the required approval of the Members of the Company or if no buyer is available within that time to shut it down permanently on and from 1st October, 2019.In view of this, the profitability of the Company is likely to improve as the Division had incurred losses continuously over the years and even for the first quarter ended 30th June, 2019, a loss of Rs.1.78 Crores has been made. This is as per Segment Results, which have been filed separately as part of Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2019. |
