Broendbyernes IF Fodbold A/S is a Denmark-based company active within the sports and entertainment industry. It is primarily engaged in the arrangement of sport events, operation of the sports facility Broendby Stadium and management of football teams. Its teams include both men and women teams, as well as junior teams. One of its teams, Broendby IF, plays in the Scandinavian Airline System (SAS) league and participates in the tournaments of the Union of European Football Associations. The Company sells its merchandise online and in its own shop, which is located on the Broendby Stadium. Additionally, it operates a sports high school, Broendby Idraetsefterskole. As of December 31, 2011, it had two wholly owned subsidiaries, namely Broendby Food&Mind A/S and Amadeus Speciallaegecenter A/S. Broendby Food&Mind A/S prepares food for club matches and events. Amadeus Speciallaegecenter A/S does not conduct any operating activities. On March 1, 2013, it sold a part of Gildhoej Centret.
