During the year 1993-94, Graphite Vicard India Ltd was amalgamated with the company with effect from January 1, 1994. The name of the company was changed from Carbon Corporation Limited to Carbon Everflow Limited. Thereafter, the name of the Company was changed from Carbon Everflow Limited to Graphite India Limited on April 1, 2001.
