Licogi 13 Joint Stock Company is a Vietnam-based company engaged in the construction industry. The Company constructs industrial non-building structures, such as hydropower and thermal power plants, as well as manufacturing, commercial and residential buildings. It is also involved in construction machinery leasing and the provision of engineering services. In addition, the Company is active in construction sand and gravels mining, as well as the manufacture of construction materials, such as concrete blocks and pipes. It is also engaged in real estate operations through development projects of new urban areas, industrial zones and hydropower plants. The Company has five subsidiaries.
