Mother Nutri Foods Limited was originally registered as a private Company as `Mother Nutri Foods Private Limited' vide certificate of Incorporation dated January 06, 2022 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre. Company was incorporated to acquire the business of "M/s. Mother Nutri Foods", a partnership firm. Subsequently the said Partnership Firm was acquired through an Agreement to sale dated April 01, 2022.
