Agro Food Product Limited was incorporated on February 2, 2018 as public limited company under the Companies Act, 2013, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation issued by Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre. The Company came up with a public issue of 54,90,000 equity shares having the face value of Rs 10 each by raising Rs 65.88 Crores in March, 2024.
