The Company was headed by a team of young and dynamic software engineers from Chennai, India. From the very beginning, the Company focused on quality and innovative ideas. The Company was acquired by the current Acquirer & Promoter and subsequently, the name of the Company was changed from "Archana Software Limited" to "Popees Cares Limited" vide postal ballot dated 25 January 2024.
