Seaprodex Refrigeration Industry Corporation (Searefico) is a Vietnam-based company engaged in the engineering and construction industry. The Company has two main businesses. Under the industrial refrigeration business, Searefico provides consultancy, design, installation, and maintenance services, as well as material and equipment for industrial refrigeration systems, which are used by seafood, beverage and pharmaceutical corporate clients. The M&E services business engages in designing, installing and maintaining of mechanical and electrical networks, such as communication, security, air conditioning and building management systems, in office and industrial buildings. As of December 31, 2012, 99.86% of the total revenue came from project contracts. As of the same date, Searefico had one subsidiary active in the same industry.
