Song Da No. 10 Joint Stock Company is a Vietnam-based company engaged in construction and engineering industry. The Company constructs underground works, infrastructures, marine ports, irrigational works, traffic structures, industrial zones and other civil and industrial structures. It is engaged in the development and construction of small and medium-sized hydropower plants, along with electricity generation and trading. The Company also provides architectural and engineering services, as well as manufactures and trades construction materials, such as concrete modules. As of December 31, 2012, the Company was a subsidiary of Song Da Corporation, and it had two subsidiaries, one affiliate and seven enterprises.
