Thac Ba Hydropower Joint Stock Company is a Vietnam-based company engaged in electricity generation and trading through the operation and management of hydropower plants. The Company also offers repair and maintenance services, along with training services for the operation, maintenance and management of power plants' facilities and equipment. Additionally, it is engaged in the provision of engineering, consulting and supervision services for power plant construction, as well as the trading of electrical equipment and supplies. On May 27, 2014, the Company announced that Refrigeration Electrical Engineering Corporation has acquired 58.14% of its stake.
