The United Insurance Company of Pakistan Limited is a Pakistan-based general insurance company. The Company operates through four segments, including fire, marine, motor, and health and miscellaneous. The fire segment includes insurance for fire and allied perils, property all risk, industrial all risk, burglary, contractors all risk and machinery breakdown. The marine segment includes insurance for marine cargo export, marine cargo import, marine cargo inland transit and marine hull. The motor segment includes insurance for commercial vehicle comprehensive, private vehicle comprehensive, motor cycle comprehensive and motor third-party liability. The miscellaneous segment includes insurance for performance bond, maintenance bond, cash in safe, cash in transit, workmen's compensation, travel, aviation, health, livestock and crop. The Company's General business include Group Health Insurance, Travel Insurance (Health), Travel Bonds and Guarantees, Livestock and Crop Insurance.
