Emirates Investment Bank PJSC is a United Arab Emirates-based bank engaged in the business of private banking, investment banking and investment portfolio management. The Bank is organized into two business segments: the Private banking and Investment banking (PB and IB) segment, which principally manages client’s investment portfolio, provides credit facilities, accepts deposit from corporate and individual customers and provides advisory on corporate finance and capital market transactions, and the Proprietary investments segment, which is principally involved in managing the Bank’s own investment portfolio and provides treasury services. The Bank is a subsidiary of Al Futtaim Private Company LLC, which holds 50.26% of the Bank's share capital.
