Global Crossing Airlines Group Inc., formerly Global Crossing Airlines Inc., doing business as Global X, is an airline company. The Company intends to operate in both narrow and widebody aircraft with a fleet of Airbus A320/330. Global X is focused on to fly as an aircraft, crew, maintenance and insurance (ACMI) and wet lease charter airline serving the United States, Caribbean, and Latin American markets. The Company intends to operate wet lease and ACMI flights for airlines and charter operations for tour operators, professional and college teams and other groups requiring a 150-seat aircraft capable of flying up to six hours.
