Gogo Inc. is a holding company. The Company is a provider of in-flight broadband connectivity and wireless entertainment services to commercial aircraft and business aircraft. Through its Business Aviation (BA) business, it provides in-flight Internet connectivity and other voice and data communications products and services and sell equipment for in-flight telecommunications to the business aviation market. These services include Gogo Biz, its in-flight broadband service, Gogo Vision, its in-flight entertainment service, and satellite-based voice and data services through its strategic alliances with satellite companies. Its BA connectivity services include Gogo Biz and Gogo Biz 4G, for broadband Internet connectivity in North America using ATG network, and Iridium and SBB for lower bandwidth global connectivity using satellite networks. It provides service over 3G and 4G networks in North America to provide redundancy to the Gogo 5G network.
