Industrial Logistics Properties Trust is a real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company owns and leases industrial and logistics properties throughout the United States. It owns approximately 301 properties with over 43.8 million rentable square feet, which are leased to approximately 264 different tenants. The Company operates in one business segment: ownership and leasing of properties that include industrial and logistics buildings and leased industrial lands. Its industrial building in Kansas City is situated on 57 acres located at 17001 West Mercury Street and consists of approximately 645,000 rentable square feet.
