Prime Office A/S is a Denmark-based company, which is engaged in the real estate sector. The Company focuses on the management and long-term investment in office premises located in Germany, mainly in cities with the number of inhabitants above 200,000. The Company’s property portfolio comprises four projects: Am Kohlmarkt 7-15 in Luebeck, Hamburger Chaussee 8 in Kiel, Heiligengeistkamp 4a in Luebeck, as well as Walkerdamm 1/Hopfenstrasse 71 in Kiel. Furthermore, the Company operates through one direct and wholly owned subsidiary, PO Holding Germany GmbH, as well as through a number of indirect subsidiaries, such as MC Immobilieninvest II GmbH, PO Kohlmarkt GmbH, PO Walkerdamm GmbH and Office-kamp Immobilien GmbH. Also, it possesses a majority stake in MC Property Fund Hamburg GmbH.
