The Company focuses on the management and long-term investment in office premises located in Germany, mainly in cities with the number of inhabitants above 200,000. The Company’s property portfolio comprises four projects: Am Kohlmarkt 7-15 in Luebeck, Hamburger Chaussee 8 in Kiel, Heiligengeistkamp 4a in Luebeck, as well as Walkerdamm 1/Hopfenstrasse 71 in Kiel.
