Shining Tools Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 04/12/2025 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to the Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday 4th Day of December 2025 at the Registered Office of the Company to consider and approve the unaudited standalone Financial Results of the Company for the half year ended on September 30 2025 together with the Limited Review Report thereon by the Statutory Auditor of the Company as per Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015

The Trading window will remain close for Designated Persons and their relatives from Friday November 14 2025 and will remain close till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the company for the half year ended September 30 2025.
