Hazel Infra Limited (the Promoter or Seller) of Swan Defence And Heavy Industries Ltd (the Company) the Promoter proposes to sell up to 2638747 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10 each representing 5.01% of the total issued and paid-up Equity Share capital of the Company (Offer Shares) on March 18 2026 (T Day) (for non-Retail Investors only) and on March 19 2026 (T+1 Day) (for Retail Investors and for non-Retail Investors who choose to carry forward their unallotted bids from T Day) through a separate designated window of the BSE Limited (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE together with BSE the Stock Exchanges).

- Dates and time of the opening and closing of the Offer :

The Offer shall take place over two trading days on a separate window of the Stock Exchanges on March 18 2026 (T Day) and March 19 2026 (T+1 Day) from 9:15 a.m. and shall close at 3:30 p.m. (Indian Standard Time) on both days as per details given below:

For non-Retail Investors: March 18 2026 (T Day)
