Le Travenues (ixigo) operates an OTA platform for Indian travellers to plan, book and manage their trips across rail, air, buses and hotels. This OTA platform allows travellers to book and manage their entire trips, as well get additional services such as predictions on confirmed train tickets, status updates on the selected mode of transportation, alternate route suggestions, etc. among others.
The company stood as the second largest OTA in India in terms of revenues. The company operates four brands namely ixigo flights, ixigo trains, AbhiBus and ConfirmTkt.
For the half year of FY2024, the company had a market share of 52.4% (highest) in the OTA rail bookings, 12.5% (second-highest) market share in the online bus ticket bookings and a market share of 5.2% in online airline bookings.
The company increased its registered users from 64.66 million in FY2021 to 213.21 million in December 2023, at a CAGR of 54%.

The company’s revenue for FY2023 stood at Rs 501.3 crore, growing at a CAGR of 92% from FY2021 to FY2023. Revenues for 9MFY2024 stood Rs 491 crore, a growth of 35% over 9MFY2023.
In FY2023, the company’s Return on Net Worth stood at 5.74%, up from (negative) 7.15% recorded in FY2022.
The company’s operating margins for 9MFY2024 stood at 6.99%, dropping 200bps over FY2023.
