Suraj Estate Developers is involved in the business of redeveloping projects in mainly South Central region of Mumbai mainly in Mahim, Matunga, Dadar, Prabhadevi, Lower Parel.
The company builds 2,3 & 4 BHK luxury flats in these locations. The Company does not provide any construction services on its own and is 100% dependent on third party contractors for the construction services of its Projects.
Since incorporation, they have completed 42 projects with a developed area of more than 1,046,543.20 square feet in the South-Central Mumbai region. In addition to the Completed Projects, they have 13 Ongoing Projects with a developable area of 20,34,434.40 square feet, and saleable carpet area 6,09,928 square feet and 16 Upcoming Projects with an estimated carpet area of 7,44,149 square feet.
The company’s revenue has grown at a CAGR of 12% over the last two years while net profit grew by 130%.
In FY23, The company’s Return on Equity stands at 58% but because its debt is so high, the ROCE of the company is only 22%
The Net profit margin of the company is 14% in Q1FY24 while the EBITDA Margin is 45%.
